A nightclub owner friend recently remarked about a recent departure party of thirty young people from the local area. This appears to be an ongoing trend in the past number of weeks.

What does this loss mean to those remaining?

Each of the thirty may cost emotionally  for  parents 3Each departee  may experience emotional loss with siblings

A similar costs with boyfriends/girlfriends/colleagues/team members?

Both what of the cost of the lifeblood in those communities?
